Job Description
The Early Careers Team Lead role will be supporting the future delivery and operational capability of the Capital Engineering function through the development of Graduates, Apprentices, and Summer/Year in Industry students, and to ensure Early Careers new entrants are fully developed to be appropriately skilled contributors deployed across Capital.Requirements

Working knowledge of Engineering would be beneficial
Strong communications skills (both written and oral)
Passionate about developing emerging talent, with a strong desire to nurture potential.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with young people and diverse stakeholders.
Previous history of line management
Experience in working with young people/young careers / emerging talent would be beneficial.
