Job Description
Our client is a successful and well-established food manufacturer. They are looking for an experience Compliance Manager to join their team. This role would suit someone with extensive experience in a Managerial role in a food manufacturing/production environment, such as a Compliance Manager / Quality Manager / QA Manager / Quality Controller / QC Manager.
As the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the food safety, legality, and quality of all products manufactured on site by the production of a comprehensive Food Safety Quality Management System and regular auditing of such. You will be the site lead for the food safety plans (HACCP, TACCP, Allergen & Listeria). In addition, you will have the responsibility of managing the Process Compliance Officer, providing leadership and management to deliver their role effectively, and to provide succession planning for the future.
