Requirements

    Leading engineering project delivery teams for production software/ firmware preferably in an Agile or iterative environment.Supplier management and customer support management.Strong communication and networking skills to be able to influence and collaborate with engineering teams, peers, senior management, and Arm suppliers and partners.A positive, can-do behaviour which is adaptive to change, resilient and eager to accept new challenges within a fast-paced high-tech environment.Experience working with geographically distributed engineering teams and partners.Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle, and of Project and Product Lifecycles.Proficient in the application of standard Microsoft Office tools.
