Job Description

Service Technician Urgently required for a very specialist equipment manufacturer based near Amesbury, You will be a skilled and experienced technician who will be working from the head office workshop offering technical support, covering maintenance, calibration and contractual requirements relating to the company equipment on site. The Service Technician is responsible for service and repairs and responses to customer and partner requests for support and application assistance of our products and services. You will own the processes and systems that capture, communicate, escalate, store, and retrieve information on this support. This is a key role to the business where you will be required to support both the internal workshop and also service engineers in the field. Also working with customers and offering top level customer support and technical issue resolution. You will be working within a customer focussed returns department and help develop ideas and system changes to improve the products and service to customers. This is a hands on role will require practical involvement with the instruments and equipment.
