We are looking for an Senior Engineering Project Manager with electronics project experience to join their custom power supply design team based in Worthing, UK. Senior Engineering Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead global product development projects, mentoring teams to success. Set team goals, oversee budgets, and manage project risks. Collaborate with marketing and customers to create innovative solutions. Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and improve product development processes. Partner with manufacturing to enhance product quality and cost-efficiency.Requirements

Degree in electronics engineering or similar.
Proven experience leading projects from concept to manufacture.
Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail.
Agile experience or PMI certification is a plus.
