Requirements

Experience: Proven experience as a Project Estimator/Procurement Specialist in a similar industry, with a strong understanding of design and build, interior design, and specialist catering design.Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with a wide variety of sectors, including hospitality, commercial kitchens, workspaces, stadia, hotels, retail, education, healthcare, coffee shops, and garden centers.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors.Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software and tools for cost estimation and procurement management
