Project Manager - IT Hardware Sector: Healthcare Location: York Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of projects within the critical facilities sectors, collaborating closely with various stakeholders. Your expertise will drive the success of these projects through effective planning, coordination, and execution. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead the planning, administration, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and deadlines. Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with stakeholders and facilitate communication effectively to report on project progress and address any issues that arise. Documentation: Produce and maintain essential project documents, including project plans, meeting minutes, and risk assessment matrices. Financial Oversight: Manage project finances accurately, ensuring proper tracking of resources and deliverables for financial auditing. Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest quality standards throughout all phases of project delivery, including tracking and controlling project outcomes.

Requirements

Relevant Project Management certification (e.g., Prince2 Practitioner). Proven experience managing diverse projects, particularly within a healthcare or critical facility context. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal. A proactive and innovative mindset, capable of suggesting creative solutions to challenges.
