Our client, a leading developer of luxury homes and hotels, is looking to recruit a Development Manager to their office in North West London. This is a full-time, permanent position and is office-based Monday to Friday.
Join a respected company with a portfolio that stretches throughout central London and the M25 corridor. The successful Development Manager will be focusing on schemes in the Residential and Hotel markets, from inception to completion.
Requirements
Proven Development Management experience.
Estate Management degree or similar.
Residential and Hotel scheme experience.
Multi-site experience.
Passionate, highly motivated attitude.
Strong IT skills.
Ability to travel.
