International Food Importer seeks for Category Development Assistant. A new opening in Category RTE ( Ready to eat ) 12 months contract Up to 27K Must speak very good English Job Title: Category Development Assistant As a Category Development Assistant, you will play a key role in driving consumer-centric product innovation by delivering actionable insights and supporting all stages of new product development. You will also assist with administrative tasks and contribute to various team projects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct consumer and competitor research to identify market trends, growth opportunities, and gaps in the market. Assist in developing customer personas and analyzing usage patterns and shopping habits. Support product development processes from concept to execution, including coordinating product taste tests and feedback collection. Monitor market dynamics, providing teams with regular updates on consumer and industry trends. Manage the organization and filing of project documents, ensuring accurate and accessible records. Provide administrative support to the Category Innovation Director on various tasks and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies. Proficiency in Excel and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong command of spoken and written English. Passion for cooking and food.
