As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Car Sales Executive role should possess a full, valid UK driving licence and have proven customer-facing sales experience, preferably within a retail environment. While prior car sales experience is advantageous, it is not essential; enthusiasm, a high level of drive, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service are key. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, an ability to build strong relationships with customers, and a keen attention to detail. A self-motivated, target-driven attitude combined with a willingness to learn and adapt is essential for success in this role. The ability to work well in a team and manage large transactions accurately is also crucial.
