Site Services Team Leader (Monday to Friday)

Job Description

We are delighted to be working with a fantastic Food Manufacturing Business to assist with the recruitment of Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers during what is an exciting period of growth. Working hours; Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 Key Responsibilities : Managing the Engineers within Site Services and being responsible for their performance and development. Working to and reporting on KPIs Ensure contractor controls and legislative compliance is in place Order and maintain appropriate levels of replacement stocks Maintain and operate an effective PPM system. About the candidate; Relevant qualification in Mechanical/Electrical engineering at a minimum of Level 3 NVQ or equivalent Ability to plan and prioritise effectively under pressure Excellent coaching and training skills Experience and proven ability in managing people and tasks Awareness of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation You will receive: * Competitive salary + overtime * Generous holiday entitlement and pension. * Opportunities for career growth within a reputable and well-established business.
