Requirements

    Experience: Previous experience as a Nursery or Early Years Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.Proactivity and Resilience: A proactive, resilient individual who can uphold high standards and bring out the best in pupils.Versatility: Ability to support with nappy changing and cater to individual special educational needs.Expertise: Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
