Position: HR Business Partner Location: Birmingham - Hybrid (2-3 office based) Contract Type: Interim/Fixed Term - 6 months Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 or equivalent day rate via Umbrella About Us: Concept -IT is pleased to be working with a dynamic and innovative organisation, who are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join the team on an interim or fixed-term basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with people leaders across the Group to implement HR strategies that align with the broader business goals, driving change, growth, and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Partner with people leaders to develop and implement HR solutions that align with Group strategy and business goals. Provide coaching to managers during organisational development, transformation, and change processes. Ensure a consistent approach to HR programs across the Group to meet business needs and foster a positive employee experience. Offer guidance to managers on employment terms, sharing knowledge and best practices. Develop HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes, while regularly reviewing and updating practices. Design, implement, and evaluate employee development plans, management development, succession planning, and training needs analysis. Lead diversity, inclusion, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives aligned with business objectives, contributing to the goal of becoming a Great Place to Work. Participate in the implementation of key HR projects, including the rollout of a new HRIS and onboarding programs.

Requirements

    CIPD qualified to level 5 (level 7 is desirable). Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within the technology sector. Exceptional organisational and communication skills. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with demonstrable experience in employee relations. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy. Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously or as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience with HRIS, particularly HiBob, is highly desirable.
