Job Description

As an Air Export Operator at our client’s esteemed logistics firm, you'll manage and oversee the air freight export process for high-value goods, including luxury items and jewellery. Based in Heathrow, Greater London, this role requires you to coordinate shipments, prepare essential customs documentation, and liaise with clients and airlines to ensure smooth operations. You’ll be responsible for issuing MAWB and HAWB, handling export declarations, and maintaining up-to-date shipment status reports. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in air freight forwarding, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of customs regulations. Multilingual abilities in Italian or French are a plus, as is familiarity with AS400/SAP and CDS for customs.
