Lead the conceptualization and design of residential projects, ensuring that architectural plans align with client needs, regulatory standards, and the company's visionCoordinate and manage the architectural aspects of projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and collaboration with construction teams, contractors, and consultantsEnsure that all designs and construction meet high standards of quality, sustainability, and safety, conducting regular site visits and inspectionsServe as the primary point of contact with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and making necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedbackGuide and mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring that the team adheres to best practices and project timelines.Requirements

Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related fieldExperienced in Residential, Care Homes, Retirement Homes, Later Living, Support Living, or Social Housing ProjectsProficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing design teams.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
