Great opportunity to join our client in Oxford. Duties include providing administrative support including writing evaluation proposals and raising lease contracts, updating contracts and sending out, chasing PO numbers from customers, and establishing and maintaining good working relationships with internal colleagues, managers, and staff and external customers, clients, and suppliers, through e-mail, telephone, offering advice and information.

Requirements

    Admin Experience:

    • Previous admin experience
    • Attention to detail
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
    • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects running in parallel
    • This role is temporary with a view to permanent for the right candidate
