Job Description
NEC Supervisor will manage and oversee works on a major infrastructure project that includes the construction of cycle tracks, new pedestrian crossings, and bus lanes. This project is part of the Transforming Cities Fund Scheme and will be executed under the NEC4 Option C contract
Requirements
·Experience: Proven experience in supervising civil engineering construction projects.·Expertise: Strong knowledge of NEC4 contracts, construction specifications, and measurement methods.·Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with statutory regulations including Chapter 8 TSM, NRSWA, and health and safety regulations.·Certification: Valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card for a professionally qualified person or equivalent.
