Are you a nursery room leader looking for a management position? Are you looking for the next step in your nursery career? Do you want to work for one of the busiest nurseries in Stevenage? We are recruiting a 3rd in charge for a good rated nursery in Stevenage. The nursery was purpose built and is close to the town centre with ample on site parking There are 24 staff who care for the 92 children who attend the nursery. On their last OFSTED inspection, the nursery was rated as good. They offer an excellent salary plus many other company benefits. This role will be a mix of office and room based activities.Requirements

Ensure the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met in all aspects of the nursery.
Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed by all.
Support key people as they identify training or development needs for staff.
Ensure that all children receive age appropriate education.
Ensure any complaints or concerns raised are dealt with in a thorough and timely manner.
Ensure all records and reports are kept up to date.
Market and always promote the nursery in a positive light.
Duties and responsibilities in this job description are not exhaustive.
Have at least 1 year experience in a similar position, or a minimum of 2 years at room leader position.
