Requirements
Qualified and experience - A degree in Building Control, Building Surveying, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.Regulatory knowledge - In-depth knowledge of current building regulations, standards, and legislation.Proven experience in carrying out site inspections, assessing compliance, and identifying potential risks or issues.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, professional advice to clients and project teams.Ideally a member of a professional body such as RICS, CABE, or CIOB.
