Create and lead effective listening groups to give colleagues a voice. Adapt to changing customer demands and lead the change agenda. Stay updated with current trends to optimize sales, costs, and profit. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in a area or regional manager position in a retail environment. Proven track record of managing 20+ high street stores. Strong commercial acumen and passion for coaching and team development. Commitment to delivering world-class customer service.
