Requirements

** Over 7 years of professional design experience with a focus on branding, digital, and print design** Proven ability to shape the visual direction of a brand, crafting engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences** Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and After Effects alongside proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.** Understanding of user experience principles and designing interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.** Ability to clearly articulate design concepts to stakeholders, making complex ideas accessible and inspiring.** Experience working closely with copywriters, developers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.** Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.** Up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, always ready to bring fresh ideas to the table.** Quick thinker who can navigate challenges and adjust designs based on constructive feedback.** Must enjoy guiding and developing junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
