Job Description
AWE are currently recruiting for an HR Associate on a 12 month fixed term contract or internal secondment to work in the HR function, reporting into the HRIS People Services Team Leader. This role will be focused on systems, predominantly Workday and be the second level of contact support for the business, working to agreed service levels and delivering excellent customer service.Requirements

Support the HRIS People Services team activities required to ensure the maintenance and ongoing provision of our systems and processes
Provide the wider business with system support via our ticketing system
Support the integrity of HR processes, data and services, ensuring our processes are kept up to date and documented
Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player
