Proficient in AutoCAD detailing.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Technically strong with a good understanding of the construction industry, particularly modular buildings.Experience in modular buildings or as a main contractor is highly advantageous.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.Ideally holds a HNC or higher in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.UK driving license is essential.
