Carbon60 are proud to be partnering with Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services to recruit for a Trainer (Quality) within the Training and Quality department. Lufthansa Technik are a global leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for the civil aviation industry.This Trainer (Quality) position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training for all positions with Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services.
Requirements
Good technical knowledge of MRO processes preferred.Ability to manage and work within a multidisciplinary team.Previous experience of delivering training/presentations.Experience developing training materials, including eLearning resources.A track record of successfully developing positive, productive and collaborative working relationships.Ideally degree qualified in engineering and/or a business function or experience in similar role
