Dorandene is home to 8 adults with physical and learning disabilities located in Reigate, Surrey. We ensure we actively involve our customers in their local community, where they take part in a wide range of activities using local resource
Requirements
A recognised nursing or social care qualification and registration (as appropriate to the needs of the service).Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent as required for registration.Substantial experience in managing care teams / supervisory or management experience in a care environment.Strong people and communication skills with excellent customer service.Thorough understanding of financial data and ability to manage budgets.Experience of a range of different departments i.e. therapies, transport, catering, administration, care and maintenance is advantageous.
