Education and Qualifications:* Recognized Electrician Apprenticeship/Qualification (Essential)Knowledge:* Familiarity with general factory maintenance practices (Essential)Relevant Experience:* Extensive electrical experience in a continuous process environment (Essential)* Proven experience in fault finding (Essential)* Prior experience handling electrical/mechanical breakdowns (Essential)Skills and Competencies:* Proficiency in basic PLC logic and inverter drives (Essential)* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels (Essential)Attitudes and Behaviours:* Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Essential)* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude (Essential)* Strong time management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines (Essential)* Ability to perform well under pressure (Essential)* Capacity to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively (Essential)
