Requirements
- Be qualified and experience with a degree in Building Control, Building Surveying, or a related field, and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of current building regulations, standards, and legislation.
- Have proven experience in carrying out site inspections, assessing compliance, and identifying potential risks or issues.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, professional advice to clients and project teams.
- Ideally be a member of a professional body such as RICS, CABE, or CIOB.
