Clinical Development Nurse (RGN) - Oxfordshire

Finegreen are currently supporting a large NHS organisation in the appointment of Clinical Nurse Specialist; this is a long-term interim requirement for an initial period of 12 months. You must hold significant Breast care nursing, Breast oncology, and metastatic breast oncology experience to be considered for this specialist role.

We're looking for a Clinical Development Nurse to lead, support, and continuously improve clinical governance and quality of care for our residents. This opportunity will oversee nursing homes in Oxfordshire & Northamptonshire - Brackley, Chipping Norton, Kettering, and Northampton. This role would suit an individual with practice nursing experience as strong and up-to-date clinical practice is essential. As an RGN, you will have extensive experience of residents/patient care and be extremely confident in managing chronic diseases (diabetes or asthma) & wound dressings.

In this role, you'll review and support the performance of every home in your region to ensure it's performing to the highest clinical standards. Every month, you'll review the clinical governance database and our KPIs and analyse the results. You will then identify practical strategies to make sure we're meeting each and every regulation and improving the care we deliver, too.
