We are seeking a diligent and organised Personal Assistant with excellent communication skills to join our client in the property industry, based in Stockport. Client Details Our client is a renowned entity in the property sector, who are committed to delivering top-tier services to their diverse portfolio of clients. Description Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Finance Director Managing diaries, coordinating meetings and appointments. Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure. Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing. Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate. Organising and maintaining the office and assisting in ways that optimise procedures. Communicating effectively with internal departments and external clients. Profile A strong academic background. Proficiency in MS Office and English. Outstanding organisational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. Job Offer A competitive salary ranging between £29,000 and £35,000 per annum. Generous holiday allowance.
