Do you have a minimum of 6 months experience working in an inbound call centre? Would you be happy handling 40+ inbound calls as well as live chat and website enquiries? Are you keen to join a friendly, social, and positive team? Are you available for immediate work? Weekly pay £12.50 p/h + paid holiday and pension enrolment after qualifying period.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt communication style to various customer personalities. Proficient in using basic computer applications and software. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Time management skills to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
