Job Description

As the chosen Contracts/Project Manager, you'll wield your proficiency in various digital tools and undertake a spectrum of responsibilities, including but not limited to:Efficiently managing and updating a workload tracker (Excel)Actively participating in site scoping meetings with clientConducting thorough site surveysOverseeing comprehensive site management from inception to fruitionLeading the preconstruction phase, coordinating consultants and suppliers seamlesslyMeticulously compiling site safety files, CPHSPs, and RAMs and leasing with PDManaging material requests, organizing trades, and coordinating logistics (Excel and online portal)Conducting routine site visits to ensure project alignment.Delivering concise weekly reports on program adherence, quality assurance, cost control, and health & safety standards

Requirements

    A minimum of 1 year's proven track record as a retail Contracts ManagerProficiency in managing retail construction sites with finesse.Possession of SMSTS/SSSTS certification (Preferred)Advanced MS Suite, including Excel, Projects, and other relevant software applications.
