Reliability Engineer

Job Description

Henderson Brown are proud to be representing our well recognised client within the FMCG sector who are seeking a Reliability Engineer. This role is a great opportunity to take ownership and maintain process as well as compliance for the site. Key responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment uptime, and performance * Ensure the factory's equipment and processes operate at optimal levels * Oversee maintenance of site services equipment including such as water treatment, effluent plants and refrigeration systems * Manage continuous management and improvement processes * Oversee a team of Engineers, setting objectives (KPIs) and improving planned maintenance systems Requirements: * Apprenticeship in Engineering/Qualifications in an Engineering discipline * Great communication and teamwork skills * Understanding of current regulations and protocol within the industry Benefits: * Competitive salary * Great annual leave package * Pension * Life assurance The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday with the need for flexibility.
