Job Description

Leading end-to-end procurements, predominantly Crown Commercial Service Frameworks, ensuring innovation where possible whilst adhering to commercial policy, processes, operating procedures, and category strategies.Providing commercial support to the Programme stakeholders from advice and guidance on routes to market, commercial strategy development, tendering processes and, where appropriate, contract management.Supporting the development and maintenance of the commercial pipeline and associated commercial strategies working closely with subject matter experts and other commercial colleagues.Support the leadership team as they work to embed a new Category Strategy. this will include the development, planning, delivery, management, and continuous improvement of the category.

Requirements

Need a strong practitioner - expert in tendering within the public sector - knows way round public service/CCS procurement and how it gets approved.“A real time served do-er”.Framework knowledge – able to confidently run the tender.Ideally experience professional services and NEC 4, but other public sector frameworks would be acceptable.Able to run end to end procurement.Can keep the tender compliant and maintain the integrity of the tendering process.Stakeholder Management – across multiple departments/disciplines/levelsMust be able to have a presence, able to ensure all parties know their roles/responsibilities.
