As a Sales Negotiator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, negotiating property sales, ensuring the best value for customers, and managing and overseeing the property sales process after an offer has been accepted, providing a positive property buying or selling experience.
The role is office-based, however, there may be the occasional need to travel, therefore a driving licence would be required.
What youll need
Customer-focus, with experience in providing excellent Customer Service
A great communicator, who enjoys connecting with others, and builds trust and rapport easily
A proactive approach with a sense of urgency, the role will be busy ??
Previous Estate Agency experience would be beneficial but not essential.
A full driving license is essential, and preferably own transport
Other Information
Monday to Friday (8:45am-5:30pm) and 1 Saturday out of 3 (9-1pm)
Basic Salary, £23,800 + bonus (27-29k OTE)
23 days holiday rising to 30 based on length of service
