The HR Reporting and Data Analyst Consultant will be responsible for providing standard HR reporting and performing detailed data analysis to support strategic HR and business decisions. This role involves working closely with various HR departments to enhance existing reporting capabilities and identify new reporting opportunities. You will also measure the impact of HR activities through KPI trend analysis and support HR Business Partnering.The Customs Manager role at Lidl involves overseeing and ensuring the compliance of Lidl?s customs activities. You will manage a team of customs specialists and handle the classification of goods according to trade regulations. The role includes training and coaching team members, building import data reports and dashboards, analyzing customs data for trends and improvement opportunities, and advising on customs procedures and post-clearance audits. You?ll work to ensure high quality and compliance in customs processes, address regulatory challenges, and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The HR Reporting and Data Analyst Consultant role at Lidl requires advanced skills in Excel, including VBA for automating tasks, and experience with SAP HCM for data extraction. Proficiency in analytical software such as Power BI or Tableau is essential.
