Essential: A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
Essential: 2-3+ years of experience in a similar I&D, NPD, R&D role within an FMCG Food environment.
Essential: Experience managing food innovation and renovation projects from concept through to launch.
High energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for food, sweet treats, and trends.
A positive attitude and a willingness to get involved and make a difference.
Keen learner, a proactiveness to gaining and sharing food trend knowledge.
