SSSTS qualification (required).A minimum of 2 years experience in a BM Trada or similar role, or a willingness to work towards a qualification.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Sound knowledge of building technology, with the ability to read and interpret specifications.Proactive and clear approach to problem-solving.Ability to multitask and strategise in varying situations.Capability to complete projects within deadlines under management direction.A strong drive to succeed within a growing company, with opportunities for career progression and personal development.
