J&M Building Solutions is experiencing significant expansion and, thanks to securing substantial contracts, is currently searching for a committed plasterer to become a valued team member on a permanent, full-time basis. *Applicants MUST hold a valid UK Driving Licence* The Role Offers: Salary - £27,000 - £30,000 + Paid Overtime Annual Pay Reviews The company covers all expenses related to mileage and overnight accommodations (overnight stays occur occasionally). Company nights out Working closely in a team environment with other trades people, you must be able to hit the ground running and provide a great service and finished product for the customers. Responsibilities: Perform high-quality plastering work in residential/commercial properties. Drylining (Dot and Dab) – plasterboards to walls and ceilings. Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and applying bonding agents if necessary. Apply plaster, including base coats, topcoats, and finishing coats, ensuring a smooth and even finish. Repair and patch damaged or uneven surfaces as required. Work collaboratively with other tradespeople, such as plumbers and electricians, to ensure smooth project completion.
